Cloud 9 Coach ("we," "us," or "I") is operated by Malcolm Phoenix McCloud. Your privacy and the confidentiality of our work together are foundational. This policy explains what information is collected on cloud9coach.com, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information you give me

• Inquiry & booking forms: name, email, phone (optional), and anything you share in the message field.
• Session content: anything you share during coaching sessions is held in confidence (see below).
• Payments: processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
• Email correspondence: messages you send me directly.

Information collected automatically

Basic web analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) help me understand how the site is used. No cross-site tracking or advertising profiles are built from your visit.

How your information is used

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule sessions.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To send you information you've requested (e.g. session confirmations).
• To improve the site and the services offered.

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.

Confidentiality of coaching

What you share in sessions stays between us. Limited exceptions apply where required by law (imminent risk of harm to self or others, abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, or valid legal process). Please note: intimacy coaching is not psychotherapy and is not protected by therapist–client privilege.

Service providers

A small set of trusted vendors help run this site and practice: Stripe (payments), an email provider for transactional messages, scheduling software for booking, and standard web hosting and analytics. Each receives only the information needed to do their job.

Your choices

• You can request a copy of the personal information I hold about you.
• You can ask for corrections or deletion at any time.
• You can unsubscribe from any non-essential emails via the link in the message or by replying.

Children

This site and these services are for adults 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
